Source?The new estimate for completion is March 2025 and the new price tag is $2 billion. Lawyers are usually key players in a receivership.
Here are a couple of photos of those boardrooms. It is hard to decipher what is going on.Are all these photos a smoke screen for the problems this project is facing? Are things going just ducky at the other super talls? What's happening in the board rooms is more important than the concrete.
