The TPZs are still up in that photo. Without being on site, based just on the fact that a realtor is marketing units, I'm not convinced this is complete. Close to completion, sure, but not necessarily fully complete.

EOY Update: Looks like Phase 1 is done, and now they are working on the townhomes under "The Markdale 2".
