Looks like they were just removing the old foundation, probably filled it back in to allow for shoring.

There has been a crane from Anchor Shoring on the site for a few days, but no activity.
I have seen workers on site in the mornings. A small shipping container arrived yesterday.

Looks like the hoarding has been their top priority these past couple of weeks... The drilling seems minimal but they are putting in work on making the site impossible to see from street level:

There is activity daily. It is a large site and I think they are close to finishing the concrete shoring. I noticed a large mobile crane arrived this morning. Hopefully they will begin digging in ernest soon.
