I cringe whenever I see updates on this.

Makes one wonder if some developers can look at the work they've done and be 'proud' of it? Likewise the 'architects'.

Been following this since breaking ground and happy to see it coming along nicely, although quite slow. Looks great imo, not too flashy and not too drab, can't wait to see my unit. Thanks to all those who've posted pictures and the live webcam feed.

Thanks for the pics. Actually, at street level, it doesn't look too bad, as long as you don't look up. Loblaws will bring lots of people to the sidewalk and hopefully some nice trees will soften the view of the building.

I wonder-- does the sidewalk design here account for Eglinton Connects, or will it be ripped up in a few years? The draft maps show the protected bike lane being on the outside of the existing sidewalk area, so maybe it has been accounted for.

Is Loblaws open? Are people moving in?

Loblaws isn't open yet - hard to tell from the street how finished it is. I think occupancy is set for December

They've been furbishing the inside for what seems weeks now. Judging from my bus rides, a lot of the sub-sections of Loblaws facing the street is near complete.
