Also, this is a rental. It's a great building through and through. Plus, name one urban nerd on this site who wasn't dreaming about this lot being filled in for the last 30 years.

I'm slightly worried about the lighting being too bright in my unit since my unit will be directly below one of the lights. Hopefully it isn't too bad.

This looks great. What a nice addition. Didn’t dig the orange till now. That lighting really makes it all pop. And come alive.

I loveeee the snowmen as well! They are adorable. Everytime I walk by they make me smile. This is what public art should do.

Yes Yes and Yes..I love it. The lightings is the 'piece de resistance' of this building. I recall chatting with a friend long ago that our city was not showy and lacked flashy lightning. Now we're getting some . Here and elsewhere in our town.
