Some very cool elements here. The black portion looks awesome. The orange is a nice touch and is much needed colour in this city. I think this is getting exciting now and may surprise people (in a good way) with more interesting things to come...
 
Today, looking much more acceptable than I'd anticipated.

Looks like they might've arrived at colour choices for the undersides of the balconies, and that they roughly correspond to the colour of the balcony glass.

For some reason I actually like how this one is turning out. The orange paint is looking to be enough to differentiate this tall box from the many other tall boxes going up in the downtown right now.
 
There's definitely some technical flaws within the fine details, but overall the sum of its parts here are coming together in a relatively cohesive manner.
 
Potential tenants will be interested to know that this building will be managed by Vertica.
