No new renderings are added to the database! One of the buildings has a unit count changed from 106 units to 109 units.
EMBLEM will also bring a project in Toronto’s Leaside area, in close proximity to a future public transit stop, to market this fall. It will feature two boutique mid-rise buildings with approximately 250 units with large terraces.
Sales will soon launch for a condo project at 126-134 Laird Dr. in Toronto that will be approximately 190,000 square feet with 241 units. Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of next year, with completion anticipated in Q3 2025.
Is it just me...or is this a very obvious, piss-poor rip-off of the Gairloch project at Bayview and Eglinton?Permits for this one have all been filed; but none have yet been issued.
* all the demolition permits were issued in '21.
Streetview has not been updated since Aug '21 for this stretch so not sure if the demo is complete.
At least the new renderings are marginally better than the database ones.Is it just me...or is this a very obvious, piss-poor rip-off of the Gairloch project at Bayview and Eglinton?
TF's portfolio? At least the new renderings are marginally better than the database ones.
If by some miracle it was not V-E'd when built... would be top 3 in TF's portfolio (faint praise).
This looks pretty dire to me.
