I like it. In the past I might have decried it as being pastiche or tacky, but the neo-modernism fatigue is real. I'd take 100s of these over any more sterile glass towers on a podium; the brick is nice, the cornice is reasonably well executed. Even the glazing is miles ahead of the cheap mullion and spandrel filled window wall we typically get. It's got a nice warehouse industrial feel and I like the juliet balconies in this execution; I thought they looked busy in the render but not so much in the final product.
