Generally, I'm hoping to not have block-long buildings along our avenues. Breaking up most blocks into multiple buildings will make for a more varied streetscape, and likely a more finely grained sidewalk experience.
That said, we cannot yet know how the ground floor has been executed here, but from the second floor up, The Hill looks good. I want to see more mid-rises of this quality in Toronto!
I would have been happy with two seperate buildings but the hill takes up 90% of the space. At this point they might as well taken all 100%. Swiss isn't adding anything the block
