St. Michael's College School (whom I pretty sure owns that land) has still not said what they intend to do with it. I've heard there were some development plans in the past that ended up causing some internal disputes…

That photo is pretty out of date. It must have been taken when the building was finished. Since then, the green covering the lower level roofs has a bunch of trees fully grown. It looks a bit forest-like when you look down from your balcony.
