Some very large rebar cages for caissons and construction taking place along the west side. Also where the first crane is to go.

Easily the most ignored project in Toronto, given its height.

When we got marry, 310 was our first home. Since there is some walking off the beaten track, only a few of us are following this project because of it, as well not high on the list of must follow.

Haven't had any time this year to do photo shoots other than that one day, to the point, I expect to see 50% or less shooting this year, than the past at this time.

3 months since my last visited and you are the first to post a photo since then.

Yeah, this is such a mysterious and obscure project. The site has been excavated for months now without any new noticeable progress. And sales have yet to begun.

The location is pretty good though. Nice quiet side street, in an established neighbourhood, St. Clair streetcar, steps from subway station, Loblaws/LCBO right there, park and ravine. I wonder what these condos will go for. If there was more clarity on this development, I'd actually consider buying here.

I'm pretty sure its going to be rental. Morguard is mostly rental, and I would imagine that they;re sticking with the game plan on this. Probably why there has been no word on sales, they aren't selling. Also, I'd imagine that there it is pretty difficult work digging out those foundations of the existing towers, as based on the soil in this neighbourhood, they were on piles, which probably sit right where the new foundations need to go.

One crane is now up. Still no rendering or info...this is Toronto's most obscure development?
