Completely unrelated to this thread but - directly to the west of this project, there is a large housing co-operative made predominately of townhomes + some low rise buildings. I've always wondered if in the fullness of time if it would be redeveloped, don't get me wrong, it was a great project for the time, but, arguably it's a little low-density now. There's a similar block south of the David Crombie Park strip.
