It's official, Court approves Concord Pacific's purchase of Clover Condos.

It seems like they purchased the land and structure rather than the numbered company (formerly owned by Cresford) building Clover; so they're not bound to the original purchase and sale agreements. The article isn't specific but the letter to former purchasers asking for an extra $400/sqft (50% increase) is a strong indicator of this.
 
I guess some people here may work for Concord.
Well I hope so, if you're reading this: step up with their build quality and reputation as a builder in this city after the CityPlace fiasco
I'm glad there is some of of hope for the buyers to continue to have the units built, although at $400 more psf which sucks because they could have put money in another project in 2016 for the equivalent price and still get the same appreciation now :(
Sorry buyers, Concord are never good to buyers lol
