Early buyers are worried they will have to pay substantially more to keep their units.
It seems like they purchased the land and structure rather than the numbered company (formerly owned by Cresford) building Clover; so they're not bound to the original purchase and sale agreements. The article isn't specific but the letter to former purchasers asking for an extra $400/sqft (50% increase) is a strong indicator of this.

Well I hope so, if you're reading this: step up with their build quality and reputation as a builder in this city after the CityPlace fiasco
I'm glad there is some of of hope for the buyers to continue to have the units built, although at $400 more psf which sucks because they could have put money in another project in 2016 for the equivalent price and still get the same appreciation now

Concord doesn't owe the buyers anything. The buyers should be upset with Cresford...and maybe to a lesser extent Tarion and the government.
