The sad thing is that Concord does consistently excellent work out in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland...

I thought Montage and Luna (Vista) were actually great buildings for its time when they were built. Concord really took a nose dive from Parade and onwards though.

I dont know about consistently excellent work, they put out some pretty constant trash out in Richmond.
