Thankfully this got built before the corrupting forces of Concord had their say...
Honestly, there are at least a couple of buildings at CITY PLACE much better than this.
It means Concord is capable of building something good but due to corporate greed and lack of interest in aesthetics make them put up anything for sale

I do agree that there are indeed a handful of buildings at city place that are actually half decent and deserve more credit. But better than this ? In what sense and which specific buildings are you referring to as I find the attention to detail here is unrivaled when compared to city place.

The tower seems largely complete but they don’t seem to have people moving in on any of the lower floors. Any ideas why, given how fast most condo towers seem to get occupied?
