Just waiting (long wait) to see if this remotely delivers something near the "glorious" rendering. Would applaud.

Odd tangent: although the small footprint/site wouldn't allow... I think the wiggly lines of 1 Yorkville would have benefited if rising out of a mixed volume podium.
