New renderings are uploaded to the database. The only changes are the overall building height went from 28.04m to 29.03m. Total storey count changed from 8 to 7 storey. The total unit count changed from 122 units to 141 units. Finally, the total parking count increased from 86 parking to 88 parking.

Nice street wall form starting to be created by this building so far. Hope this can be a catalyst for other nearby plots of land to become an overall higher density node at Caledonia & Eg.

Yes, hoping for a whole redesign of the area, but I think that some projects might be canceled due to the real state market slowdown

Photo taken 18 February. Though this development is a little lonely now, it is surrounded by excellent amenities. York Community Centre, future train/lrt station, newish library on Weston Road.
