So further north than they currently seem to have piles.This is by Emblem, who seems to be moving quite quickly on their projects. they already have one under construction in Hamilton now (which already has a thread on SRC), though this one would be far larger. With 908 units, 505 parking spaces, and three 30 storey towers, this is massive by Hamilton standards. While Emblem has yet to complete a project, they talk big game about creating attractive buildings, so I'm hopeful for this one.
