wish they had continued some of the mixed materials used in the base up the length of the tower. the base is actually quite nicely designed and executed.

Sutton was always an ugly apartment building but thx to amazing staffing and interior design they created a destination for film festival and other tourist hooks..doubt they'll get that buzz back.
