^Would you work effectively in extreme cold? Do you want your $400,000 condo enclosed in wet or damp conditions? Have you ever put up plumbing in extreme windy freezing weather?

I can comfortably answer with No to all of your questions :) I thought that they may tent off and heat one level to work on it... I'm not very familiar with condo construction

There is Blue on the east side and small sections of it on the other 2 sides in the balcony areas.
 
There's no blue on the main side facing Bloor so it's not so bad. Overall this project is looking good, nice scale for buildings along Bloor.

Look at the baloney areas and you will see some blue. Have the photos, but 6,000 down the list for fixing.

The front looks fine, but waiting to see what the brick does for the rest.
