Ww had our PDI, and honestly a little bit disappointed.
No sidewalks or clear entrance into the building
The lobby is not done, there isn’t even a door to the building
No flooring in the hallways yet
several of our purchased upgrades were just missing (light fixtures, counter tops, etc)
No fridge or washer/dryer unit
A gas meter in the coat closet? Like, isn’t that a hazard?
Loose wires leading from the wall into the bathroom sink
Also, none of the windows can be opened?? Like, there just is no way to open them.
There were no bathroom accessories (towel rack, toilet tissue holder) and were told the builder doesn’t plan on providing them, despite paper work we got when we bought the condo saying that they were included.
Our shared wall was hollow, not concrete, as we were told it would be.
This honestly feels like such a rush job, and that they did what they could to save costs and churn something out ASAP
