I wish the city could (en)force the use of warm bricks (or palette in general) along that stretch of Yonge - it will look so good when the heritage structures (even as facades) are restored - as Five and soon Clover will attest.

Benito's shot hints at a pretty nice north tower... nice glazing and a welcome west facing curve... maybe top off the south tower as is ;-) Renders make it look like BMO-lite.
