The south tower is simple and efficient, if not monolithic and dreary... it feels like there is just no architecture there.

Are they done with the south tower residential floors? I counted 52, but it's hard to tell given that the podium consists of parking levels and there are some extra tall floors just above the podium (not sure if they're counted as 1 or 2 floors).
