Toronto TeaHouse 501 Yonge Condominiums | 170.98m | 52s | Lanterra | a—A

It's become the norm in Vancouver except the country either China/Hong Kong or Taiwan and they don't just advertise them but actually sell them there first. This is why the condo towers sell out in hours........they were already bought up by the time they go on the market to the people who actually live here.

I walked by the Wellesley on the Park presentation centre today and its already being converted for this development with different design. Its approaching quickly folks. can anyone take a pic and post?

Teeny investor units?

As with 501 and all these buildings - size doesn't matter so much as location. I can't recall my neighbours complaining about condo size - but I listen to work colleagues from outside downtown moan about commuting all the time. Just tie your tubes is all - no room for kids!

Can't wait till developers start really maximizing space like in Asia. The stuff they will try to get away with will be epic.

Am I seeing convenience stairs?

Could this be a condo project where finally, people residing on the lower floors can use stairs to get to their floor or to access the amenities? (And not the fire stairs, those don't count.)

Condos need more of this.
