As a died-in-the-wool skyscraper geek, it’s odd that my list of fav projects underway in town, is now dominated by short ones like TANU (15s) and Aqualuna (17/18s). Of course something close to the render promises need to be delivered (particularly execution of materials) before the champagne is uncorked.
There are a few exceptions like One Delisle (despite some recent value-engineering) @ 44s... and of course The One @ 119s (after Sam's next round of up-zoning ;-).
Epiphany: more of the short stuff is offering great design.. and hopefully execution. The tall stuff.. not so much..
