I wish it looked better from a distance--especially from the 401. The mechanical penthouses mostly look cheaply finished, as if the developer didn't care to build anything the least bit appealing because they'd sell the units anyway.

The first retail space in the building is in the process of being outfitted. Unfortunately it's a nail salon. There is still a large unleased space (currently filled with surplus appliances for the building's condo units) at the southwest corner of Esther Shiner and Provost, so here's hoping for something that contributes to the nascent streetscape here.
