Now there is a nice intersection for a future mixed use office/condo development, Those Ont government buildings are looking pretty run down.

It's not so much the youth of today, but the aspirational hosers that turn up in the entertainment district and on College West. It's tempting to invoke the 905, but I'm sure Vaughan (city, not councillor) doesn't have a monopoly on them.

I noticed this building is on the schedule for an upcoming planning meeting at the end of the month. While the thread says Urban Capital/Malibu/Alit, 29s?, Core, I'm pretty sure I've seen a TAS logo haphazardly placed on the building at this site.

Has there been anything out there recently about this development that anyone's seen? Renderings, height, developer or anything else?
