It is a dream of mine to see The Pia Bouman School relocate to a few floors here. I think that it would be a good fit.

After going to great Impostor Cities show at MOCA I think that additional exhibit space in T3 would be amazing! That and a Sounder Hotel.

Odd way of doing it, but the good news is it seems we are getting the horizontal mullions to complete the warehouse-y window look, after all.

Will be interesting to see what sort of retail and services go in here. My wish list includes a French restaurant/bakery, some sort of drug store as shoppers on Dundas May be torn down soon and some sort of community room/ event space.

Just a quick reminder of what is happening now. Old section of Perth will be rebuilt with car park to create a park. As well there is supposed to be a pops to the north of T3 beside the museum. I couldn’t find renderings for either space.

Another superb development executed by Hines. It's a damn shame they sold a significant part of the surrounding land to Marlin Spring who has a love affair with building cheap, drab garbage.

There are many positives to the design of these buildings, but I'm not loving the generic mechanical penthouse. Also, it would have been nice to see some design variations between the two buildings versus the tired Modernist copy-and-paste approach.
