Peeking out along Sterling Road from College Street. Btw I am wondering what the potential is for the laand that the Hershey plant is on on the west side of Sterling south of Spaccio.

It's actually a Nestle factory and I hope they continue to operate forever, the chocolate smells so insanely good.

Agreed, it always smells delicious when I'm out for a run on the railpath. Those are also good jobs (i assume!) and this is a form of manufacturing that can peacefully exist side-by-side with office and residential, it would be good to keep it around

It's also the only factory in the Americas that produces Smarties (the chocolate-filled candy similar to M&Ms), not to be confused with American Smarties (flavoured sugar candies branded Rockets in Canada).

My only gripe with this project is this section that wraps around to block the southern views of the MOCA.. Feels quite claustophobic and could have done without this section altogether.
