It would be cool if they can retain a portion of the ramp and turn it into a park draping with ivies and flowering vines over the sides, and ornamental grasses and perennials above. This could make for an interesting strolling experience for residents and visitors.

The Sun Life tower's west and north sides now have cladding all the way to the top as shown in the attached image from this webcam... http://earthcam.net/projects/torontohydro/. As an aside, that webcam will be a good way to watch Ten York rise once it has risen a few more floors.

The mechanical box atop Telus House is asking to be clad in that black material that envelops the base.

The financial tower is a solid, handsome building. No unnecessary frills, details in many of the right places. I really like it.
