Sorry for the bad quality image as this is a screenshot of a video on a friend's Instagram. However I thought it was worth sharing as I had to do a double take at the LCBO tower. For a moment I thought there were 3 Sugar Wharf buildings going up.

My apologies if it has been explained before, but I am curious as to why the shortest tower is currently the tower with the greatest height, whereas the tower that will be the tallest is currently the shortest constructed so far? It is interesting how that ended up the way it did.

I would guess the excavation was completed in the NW corner last probably due to logistics and the podium is much larger on the north side.

I think they are. There seems to be no concrete work going on.

This why I try to not judge the buildings to much before they are complete, but sometimes it's hard not to.
