Yeh, I remember back in 2020, I had a similar question and you replied a model like this. My unit is at the 36 level, if your model is accurate, may still have a chance clear the building

These are so expensive (Lol) but so worth it. A great addition to the city.

 

[cd concept]

Menkes has a good record in creating eye popping condos on the the waterfront so far. With these two towers and Harbour Plaza Residents towers. Which stand out from the other towers by the waterfront area whether you like them or not !
