All of these monotonous spandrel clad, mullion capped condos just seem to morph into one homogenous mass. Condo architecture is rather depressing nowadays.

Don't forget the balconies!... it's awesome that we're experiencing this boom. Unfortunately, the architecture leaves a lot to be desired...

There are so many mullions and on top of that they're a high contrasting silver color. Just a complete mess IMO. Builder did the same thing with Vu (Vu is nicer though), silver/grey mullions which looks dated. This is a brand new building and yet it looks 10+ years old.

Stole this pic from @pat.luk on Instagram. Notice they finally removed the construction elevator. I think the towers look great from this angle since the stacked box design is more obvious.

Anyone have info on the ground level retail? Walked by the site the other day and it looks like a prime space for a restaurant or bar withy a patio.
