Here's the windows at the NW corner of the PH1 suite. Not on the market yet, the main room of the two penthouse suites will have 10 foot ceilings.

It already looks dated.

Agreed. The town homes in particular really do not add anything of quality to the public experience. It is disappointing because that base of Boutique had introduced a nice facade on Nelson Street, warm brick, retail etc. this building really kills turning Nelson into an interesting destination.

NB: when the 'Ballroom' there on the s/e corner goes, hopefully with the adjacent lot to the east, I'll be a happy man. /broken record.
