This area is too upscale for a No Frills.
Why pay more for basics like milk, fruits and vegetables, and prepared foods? Just because I buy into an upscale area doesn't mean I throw an appreciation for savings and value out the window.
It's not even such an upscale area. It's mostly small condos surrounded by a neighbourhood of modest ranch bungalows and vast industrial parks. There's a Metro at Cloverdale Mall, but the Food Basics across the street is typically busy too.
