The TCHC building is in the middle of getting completely gutted as we speak... look at the photo above.

This project looks great. “Balcony buildings” look great with curves. Still hoping and yes I’m allowed to dream that a very larger ‘version’ of the Marilyn buildings or at least one comes to the core area somewhere.

two more floors until top up?
I think they're working on the final residential floor (41st). The levels immediately above the podium look like a single floor, but there are actually 2 (clearly marked as 8th and 9th if you see the building in person), so there are 40 completed floors.
 
Massey tower, Wellesley on the Park and Stanley condos represent three different takes on the curved balcony treatment. The curves on this one are the most emphasized due to the stark white balcony glass and i have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised. The podium is a let down though and inevitably will look worse once the blinds are installed and office clutter is visible.
