You need massive sidewalks for this suburban hell hole which encourages dangerous driving which will inevitably make it onto these sidewalks.

A gelatto place opened up at the southernmost unit, and 2 additional units say "leased" on them but no info on who's moving into them. The last 1-2 units still say "for lease" on them. So 3 out of 5 are leased which isn't bad considering this economy lol. This is based on my walk nearby late last week.
