I may be looking at an old render, but I believe that the residential skylobby is at level 33. On this render, the hotel back of house is at level 8, the restaurant and bar for the hotel is at level 9 and meeting rooms are at level 10. The rec facility and spa are at level 32.

I had thought it would move quickly for the hotel suites after the 10th floor is reached, when flying forms (or equivalent) can be used, slow down for the special floors in the 30s where things must be done manually again, and then speed up for the residential suites until the levels for the customized penthouses are reached.

That's the same render I was looking at. I just couldn't get it small enough (in kb) to post as a thumbnail and my office's internet filters won't allow me to post to file sharing sites like flickr!
 
Excellent to see this rising much faster now.

I hope to see almost two dozen stories completed by summer's end.
