This building is amazing, to date at least in the top 5 buildings built in the current condo boom. Everyone is free to share their point of view here, and i'll take my turn now. First of all, you would think that with the major glass curtainwall starting now, people who were in the against camp might've changed sides to the good guys, but it has only seemed to inflamed their thoughts with regards to the design of the building. Too bad, I like how the building blends in with the base levels of the surrounding buildings, and as it gets higher will switchoff to glass cladding. No other building even does this, not with this degree of subtle change and intergration. So carrying on where you left off, if you dont like the building because of the base remember the limited space the developer had to work with and the sacrifice which that entailed.

^^ Walking by the tower and seeing it person, I think it looks great too, except for the east elevation, so far.

Here's trump... the new cladding is pretty sweeeeet! And from Arnell, this tower is getting HUGE! Its nowhere near ground level when you compare it to Scotia and Bay Adelaide! I tried to get some comparisson shots between them to give you guys a sense of the height! I think we're almost at 30 stories which is the half way mark for normal floors... YOU HAVE TO REALLY BE HERE TO BELIEVE IT!

I noticed it/them too! On the north-east corner, i noticed a setback near the curved portion of the tower... This tower needs all the setbacks it can get! To make it more interesting!... the pictures never really give the same feeling as being there... you notice/see alot more when you're there in person!... i encourage people to get down there as often as you can!
... i always find Arnell plaza REALLY REALLY DEAD whenever i go there... its like a ghost town on the other side of Bay Adelaide! BA2 needs to get built

true... and its a shame that all the office proposals we have now (BA2, BA3, 45 Bay, etc...) will have to remain visions for now... Maybe we'll see them start in 5 years...
The curved section of Trump is really becoming apparent from the east as seen and androids shot! And very cool setbacks they got going!

Here's a photo of Trump I missed from the last batch:
From a distance you can tell this thing is huge when you compare it to Bay Adelaide and Trump!... since Trump is right next to Bay Adelaide you can get a very accurate height comparison right now... So trump is a little under 30 floors, and its about half the height of Bay Adelaide (which is about 100m) so you can figure Trump is roughly a little under 100m right now:

Outstanding update, steveve and great shot, androiduk. Like steveve, I encourage everyone to see this building in person. It looked brilliant in the sunshine when I passed by this morning, again except for the east elevation, so far. Another thing, it's absolutely filthy. I'm sure it will look fantastic once it's all cleaned up.
