More roof insulation work today, almost finished I think. I assume the green roofing will be installed in the spring.

Yes, it has taken a very long time and we should not forget that it would likely never have happened without the hard work of Councillor Pam McConnell who nagged and schemed and found Section 37 funds for the competition and a fair bit of the construction.

Still wish the roofs were not rounded and were standard roofs like the St.Lawrence Hall building with the clock. But yes either way it's going to look nice.

It's not visible in that picture, but it's meant (I assume) to mirror the rounded roof on the existing market building.

I actually don't think that before seeing that photo I appreciated that there is also a triangular part in the middle to flow through with the St. Lawrence Hall roof.
