Any chance that garbage collection will be transferred back to Parks, Forestry & Rec so we can have acceptable trash bins again? And whose genius idea was it to get Solid Waste Management Services involved in our parks in the first place?

Coincidentally, I made a comment before in this thread where I also thought there were some similarities between the St. Lawrence (and surrounding) area to Tribeca.

Can Toronto easily be compared to any American cities?

I mean my honest opinion yes you can easily compare our city of Toronto to a few American metropolis cities such as: What Toronto has in common with New York: Both the largest cities in their respective countries. Both the financial and tourist capitals of Canada and the US respectively Both...

We had our PDI this past week. The building exceeded my expectations to be honest. The public areas that we were able to see, lobby, hallways, gym etc. were much nicer than we had expected. The finishings etc, It is going to be a great building.

To be honest I was not too keen on this addition to our neighbourhood initially but with the more detailed plans it started to look better and the building is more set back onto their lot (Unlike the ghastly T & S which is almost up to the lot line on all 4 sides and manages to get worse the more it grows!). Now, let's hope that 158 Front get decent and useful retail!!!
