So I had a conversation with one of the Fernbrook people and they are now discussing pushing the completion date to 2021!
2020 seemed pretty questionable.
There should be an announcement soon which will include info about appointments for finish schedules.

They are pouring the (almost) last concrete section that is on 'grade' at the bottom of the pit today. (North west corner of site.)
