I hadn't noticed before, but it looks like the number of white pieces is decreasing as the cladding moves upwards. I hope this was intentional, as it adds a new dimension to the design; the top of the building would be more in line with the colour of the sky than the bottom.

Edit: Looking at the renderings, it seems that this was intended. Wonderful attention to detail

Absolutely. The Delta looks awesome in full sun; overcast and dreary days; and at night. A stellar addition to the City and it will be shown off and it will remain unobstructed across from Roundhouse Park.
