The remaining scaffolding/hoarding is gone from the Dundas Street side and it is nice to have a sidewalk again there. But damn is it deadening.

Yeah, this is a super weird detail.

When I was walking underneath on a rainy day, I had to put down my umbrella to prevent it from hitting the top.

They have them positioned really, really low.

I’m not sure what they were thinking with the ground floor. There’s an ugly vent right on the corner, right where you’d think the prime retail space would be.

Everything about this investorbox is hot garbage.

C'mon. That's prime retail steps from Yorkville and Harbourfront . The vent , back painted spandrel glass, and aluminum doors give it an edgy modern and industrial chic vibe that will command a premium from any exclusive marijuana dispensary

Downright comical. Looks like the results of a developer not wanting to spare one inch from the lot line and planning wanting wider sidewalks and both parties getting what they wanted. That be Toronto.

Unfortunately, it is likely to simply create an area where dirt, garbage and pigeons can collect. I have little hope that the ongoing maintenance of this building will be better than its 'architecture'.
