the parking lot east of the chum building is not that bad. They use it for events and if it was built out we wouldnt have such a good view of the vehicle coming out of the wall.

The parking lot on richmond south of the chum building however is terrible.

Yep, it's a heartbreaker. I'm not counting on Cressy greening it up soon either. Time will only tell.

My understanding was that the funds were going to the Rail Deck park and that expropriation would be much more expensive than previously thought. Is this not correct?

Cressy himself wants Rail Deck to be the priority. The Richmond Street park is history.
