My understanding is that the shoring on 168 Simcoe right behind it was shorter than they anticipated and they had to redesign and get new approvals from the city.

Wow they are really going to town, nice to see. This one should be interesting to watch rise. And that vibrant red glass and frosted white should look real nice together. And the angles make it a nice welcome to... I mean for a change from, "The BOX" !

There's a heritage ant farm on site that needs to be delicately worked around. Given the obstacle, they're moving at a swift clip.
