Yup. The 401 is the worlds busiest highway just west of the bridge, and that makes it the busiest major bridge crossing in the world. Around 360,000 cars a day cross the bridge.

The next busiest is the George Washington Bridge in NYC, carrying about 285,000 cars a day.
