Having seen the views from both Shangri-la & the 4 Season's. Have to say I preferred the ones from the 4 Seasons. Shangri-la may be closer to 'the action', but a south facing unit in the 4 Season's allows you to see all of 'the action'.

HOLY! ^^^. i am speechless. was this the "secret mission" you told me about? these are incredible. can't get my eyes off Trump Tower.

Trump is the standout in that pic ^^^ the glass has got such a pure colour, a nice switch up from the faded Ritz glass killed by interior blinds... Z Trump's very vibrant in colour, almost photoshopped.

wow, been awhile since I checked out this page... some amazing photos posted recently! Flar's second shot especially caught my attention too. The east side view of downtown kicks ass and this angle really makes it look coherent and "finished" and BIG! I'd really like to take Porter one of these days just for the photo ops but living so close to Buffalo where prices are usually half of what Porter charges it probably wont happen soon. Last weekend I got some decent shots as we flew over Pittsburgh... but I digress.

I cant remember if I posted these here at UT, they are from a couple months ago:

Wow, Steveve!! Props to your sis!
I can see Hamilton (harbour) and the outline of the Niagara Escarpment from those shots. Sexy!!

What a great view ! hmm...I'm wondering if somebody in the future can build a gorgeous piece of high-rise architecture with a grand observation deck on the top (on the spot shown on the map below). This building, if gets built, itself is going to be a great monument at the northern end of Bay street, and will have a perfect view that everybody wanted for so long: A view of the "entire" downtown Toronto! including the Financial District, the Harbourfront area, CN Tower, and finally the Bloor-Yorkville area.

Spot on! I was just thinking that this city could use a second highrise observation deck in Yorkville, as downtown is too big to take it all in properly from the CN Tower alone. A major problem for an observation deck in a condo tower would be fitting in the seperate shaft for the observation elevator in addition to the shafts for any private penthouse elevators.
