I am surprised they even used the high-quality brick for the ground level on the west wall: that will all be hidden.

From my reading of the 65 King East plans this is where the entrance to garage and loading dock will be so it may not be hidden by a new wall. (BTW 65 King East project appears on map at 65 King WEST.)
